On the basis of analyzes carried out on the entire territory of the Istrian County, it was established that the networking of stakeholders of the private, public, academic and development-research sectors in the form of clusters generates growth and development faster and increases the competitiveness of the economy at all levels. Until now, IDA has actively participated in the formation and operation of 3 clusters in the Istrian County in the areas of the automotive industry, the ICT industry and the wine industry.
