Since 2002, IDA systematically works on the development of human resources in the private and public sector through the implementation of various educational programs and projects. With the aim of strengthening the position of SMEs on the market, educational programs for entrepreneurs are divided into the following groups: education for novice entrepreneurs, education for users of business incubator services, and education for entrepreneurs in the phase of growth and development. By implementing educational activities for public sector employees, the human resources of public companies and local self-government units in the Istrian County are strengthened, with the aim of improving research and development in cooperation between the private and public sectors and strengthening the connection between the private and public sectors.
To date, 540 educational programs have been conducted for 13,800 participants.
