INCUBATORS AND COWORKING PULA

The main goal of the support activities, which IDA initiated in the form of the establishment of a network of business infrastructure in Istria County, is to strengthen the entrepreneurial environment and encourage self-employment and the growth and development of young innovative entrepreneurs, especially those who invest in the development of new technologies.

Currently in the Region of Istria there are business incubators in Poreč, Vodnjan, Buzet, Pazin and the Municipality of Barban, as well as coworking spaces in Labin and Rovinj, which were established primarily thanks to ESI funds, which prompted the initiative to create the "Incubator Network of Istria County". In addition to the above, the construction of the Coworking Pula entrepreneurial center is currently underway as part of the implementation of integrated territorial investment activities for the urban area of Pula.

IDA's activities:

• coordination of networking activities
• collecting, consolidating and publishing data with the aim of strengthening the entrepreneurial environment in the Istria County
• informing and providing expert advisory assistance to local self-government units and interested entrepreneurs
• organizing promotional events and educating the beneficiaries
• creating a digital application as the functional basis for the operational implementation of network activities.
